    Fast & friendly service, fair & honest price for good pizza or hot sandwiches. Nice restaurant setting or take out... For under $6 I had 2 slices of pizza w/ one topping, a drink of choice and a fresh salad w/dressing. In and out in 40-minutes.

    The last two times that we visited this place, the service has been less than spectacular. The first time, I dismissed it because it was particularly busy that day, however it arose suspicion on the second visit seeing as we were one of three families there at the time. During both visits, we did not receive the side salads that came with the orders (the second visit, we had to request that we be given them when they were not received and we got them after the main course). In addition, drink refills were sparse, however the waitstaff were rather polite otherwise.

    My first time at Frank's. I had the lunch special. The food was wonderful and the price was very reasonable. I will eat there again.

    The one place for the best eating ever. Try the fresh baked ziti Oh so good! Get it with meatballs Oh so super good!! JUST try their steak sandwiches Oh so good!! The greatest pizza for a fun family day outings!!!!! The Great place to eat in Chatham for families to eat. Located Rt 29 in small shopping center next to the American National Bank.Oh So Super great eating!!!!!!!.....
